With a highly experienced team and a loyal client base built over many years, we are trusted to deliver durable, high quality roofing solutions on projects of all sizes. Operating seven roofing crews, supported by 12 vehicles and three long term contracting crews, including a specialist waterproofing contractor, we have the capability to deliver projects efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship, health and safety, and professionalism.

• Substantial knowledge and experience within the roofing sector.
• 32 years of experience in estimating and project management and has overseen and managed contracts from smaller residential applications to large commercial projects.
• Has worked for two of Auckland’s most prestigious roofing companies where he has worked on numerous flagship projects and has now formed his own firm with a strong focus on providing
quality service to the general public and the construction industry.
• Has a modern approach to business and understands the value of good service and strives to fulfill a promise of value, quality and reliability with every project.

CLINT ADDISON

• Has worked on numerous small and substantially large projects as an independent contractor for a
number of years
• Has over 35 years of experience in this industry and still takes a “hands on” approach to every project. He is still found working on the tools as this is where he feels he provides most value.
Managing his teams to produce quality workmanship is a high priority for every project.
• Has a strong work ethic focusing on quality installation, quality products and a respect for health and safety for not only his team but also public in general.

• Joined Reel Roofing Ltd 9 years ago and has been in the building industry for 32 years.
• Has completed apprenticeships in both carpentry and long run roofing as well as business management and project management diplomas.
• Focused and driven to deliver strong results and generate new revenue streams.
• Responsible for running the business on a day-to-day basis with oversight and implementation from projects to HR.

• Joined Reel Roofing 16 years ago, demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the company.
• Joined Reel Roofing as an apprentice, completing his apprenticeship and becoming a fully qualified tradesman.
• Progressed into a Foreman / Leading Hand role, gaining several years of experience supervising teams and managing roofing projects.
• Established himself as an independent contractor, exclusively servicing Reel Roofing contracts for the past 10 years.
• Extensive hands-on experience and a strong work ethic, with a reputation for reliability and delivering quality outcomes.
• Knowledgeable across both commercial and residential roofing.
• Strong project management, planning, coordination and site management skills.
